1993 Holden VR Commodore Wayne Gardner Racing Group A (Prototype).
An Aussie legend on two and four wheels. Wayne Gardner’s career highlights include no less than 18 Grand Prix wins from a decade long partnership with Honda, along with becoming the first Australian to take the coveted 500ccMotorcycle World Championship title. Following his retirement from front line motorcycle racing at the end of 1992, Gardner made a much publicised switch to touring cars. This in turn led to Gardner’s foray into the world of road cars, in the form of the Wayne Gardner Racing Road Division’s Group A Commodore. Sensing a gap in the market between the increasingly expensive HSV products and the regular Commodore line up. Gardner’s outfit planned to offer a wide range of engine, suspension and bodywork modifications at relatively affordable prices. Tapping into the expertise available via his racing team WGR upgrades included a cold-air induction system re-profiled camshaft, revised computer [...]

The Porsche 928 is a two door 2+2, high performance, grand touring super car produced by Porsche AG of Germany from 1978 until 1995. Originally conceptualized to cater for an evolving automotive market, it was Porsche’s first entirely in-house design for a production car and was ultimately intended to replace the Porsche 911 as Porsche’s flagship model. The 928 combined the handling and performance aspects of a sports car with the ride, load space and comfort of a luxury car. Porsche executives believed the package would have wider appeal than the compact, somewhat antiquated and slow-selling air-cooled 911. The 928 was the company’s first production V8-powered model and its only coupe powered by a front-mounted V8 engine. It was particularly notable for its record-setting high top speed. On release in 1978, the 928’s advanced design & construction won the European car of the year.
This particular Porsche 928 GT is just 1 of 4 Australian [...]

Immaculate collector grade 1996 Subaru Impreza WRX STI RA. This example was specifically sourced in Japan for its current owner and has been stored in a collection since its arrival. It is exceptional rare to find an unmodified, low km example for such a limited build version of Subaru’s STI RA variant.
The RA naming convention is a widely contested topic, either as Race Application or RAlly. While Subaru never officially confirmed the internal designation these variants were built for competition and available as a option to the public inspired by Group N regulations.
The RA variant was focused on light weight, removing power windows, radio, air conditioning, side skirts, sound deadening, with base model floor mats and featuring a roof vent (critical on the rally stage and additionally helps serve to distinguish it from it’s non-RA counterparts).
Mechanically the STI RA has shorter gear ratios, underbody bracing and numerous suspension improvements. This example has [...]
