1966 Ford Mustang Fastback 2+2 GT Tribute

This vehicle has been a labour of love over the past 8 years. Fully restored with quality Scott Drake parts. You’d struggle to find a single part on the vehicle that hasn’t been restored-to-new, re-finished or replaced. The hard work has finally paid off with this stunning rare example of a Mustang Fastback 2+2 Gt tribute.

Restored to original Mustang GT specifications. All factory GT options are present with grille fog lights, side badges, red Gt stripes, Gt Fuel cap and rear twin exhaust tips. Vehicle has only travelled approx. 500km since all restoration work was completed.

MECHANICAL SPECS
289 V8 Windsor (believed to be original motor). 0.030 Over bore, mild cam, mild head work, Edelbrock manifold and Edelbrock performer 600CFM Carb. Brand new 2.5inch twin exhaust with sports mufflers.

Original C4 Automatic transmission fully rebuilt.

INTERIOR SPECS

Stunning factory-coded red and ivory trim with ‘Pony’ high spec seats and door trims. Grant 15inch wooden sports wheel with walnut finish.

BODYWORK

Vehicle was completely stripped and painted in factory colour Raven Black approx 3 years ago. Most chrome work, light fittings, badges etc were replaced with quality new items. Any minor rust was repaired at this stage.

QLD Mod plate stating compliance for Aus roads (4x ADR approved seatbelts, headlights etc). Original import approval paperwork is supplied.

Vehicle is currently registered in QLD on non-transferable special interest vehicle registration. Will be sold AS IS.

FREIGHT: Happy to assist with nation wide freight at buyers expense. I will drop vehicle off to freight depot within 50km or 4300.
