The Commodore SS was first released in March 1989 and was the top of the range sports model of the VN Commodore range with a 5.0lt V8 under the bonnet and defined with a Body kit including front & rear bumper lip, side skirts, boot lip spoiler , SS decals and striping  and Driving lights on the exterior  with unique SS alloy wheels to distinguish from other performance models and only available in 3 colours   Atlas Grey ,Phoenix Red, Alpine White. The interior fabrics incorporated a grey/red checker design for  the SS range and power pack was optional which included power windows, central locking and electric aerial.

Now for sale is this ONE owner  VN SS Commodore 5L V8 , 5 speed manual. Presented in factory Atlas Grey metallic paint in stunning original condition with all spoiler kit crack free. Running all matching numbers 5.0-litre  V8 engine (165 kW), T5 manual transmission, Limited Slip Differential, FE2 sports suspension. This vehicle has never been smoked in as the pictures show, with no use of the cigarette lighter and ash trays ever being used which still present as new. The vehicle has been garaged most of its life with an interior that still has a new car smell with no tear or rips in the fabric apart from the roof lining that has sagged slightly which is very common for this model. This unmolested example has survive with most of its original decals still visible throughout the car and no modifications apart from an exhaust system and an immobiliser, still  retains all its original glass, factory radio, working  Air/con system, original boot matt and genuine spare wheel with jack, also comes with its first issue rego plates currently on vehicle, original log book with full documented service history showing 111,000 km on the odometer from new sold by Commonwealth Motors ACT.  This rare manual survivor presents in immaculate condition throughout and very hard to find in this condition which is becoming very collectable with all car enthusiasts and a great investment for the future.
